Have Garmin gear you’re no longer using? We make it easy to trade it in and get rewarded. Whether your collars, Alpha 100 handhelds, or certain collars that are working or not, we’ll take them and give you cash or store credit in return.

Simply package your items up and send them in to get the process started. Make sure to put your name, address and phone number in the box! Without this we will not be able to contact you.

Also be sure to send your package by a service like UPS with tracking so you can track your package.

Important notes so your trade ins are not delayed or returned;

If you are sending in non working and good used items make sure you mark each item or group of items accordingly. This could be as simple as putting them in a bag marked as “bad”. Also if you’re sending in good used items be sure they are charged before sending them in. If your items are not charged or marked accordingly this will greatly delay the turnaround time. 

Our trade in conditions and prices are all laid out on this page. If you ignore our guidelines and send in items that don’t meet the trade in requirements you will be responsible for return shipping. Collars with wires showing and wrapped with tape will be considered non working.  We can not accept these as “good working” condition.

Alpha 100 Handheld

Condition: Minimal Scratches. No black/sun spots on screen. Must include charger & battery.
Trade-in Value: $200.00

Non-working or Damaged Alpha 100 Handheld

Condition: Screen scratched, black/sun spots on screen, lines on screen, or not working.
Trade-in Value: $100.00

Drive Track 71

Condition: Only working devices accepted for trade-in. No non-working devices accepted. Must include power cable & windshield mount.

Garmin Collars 

If the wire is showing/broken, rubber is dry-rotted, collar taped up or rubber is missing the collar will be considered “non working”

Condition: Working collar with charger.
Trade-in Value: $100.00 (minus $15 if charger is missing)
